At Fencywear, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or personal alterations
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email support@fencywear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide return instructions, including the correct return address. Return locations may vary depending on the product and fulfillment center.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when emailing support@fencywear.com.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already entered processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
