  1. What sizes do your dresses come in?
    We offer sizes ranging from XS to XL. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit. Contact us if you need further assistance.
  2. How do I choose the right size?
    Refer to the size chart on each product page. Measure your bust, waist, and hips and compare them with the chart. If between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for comfort.
  3. Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
  4. How long does shipping take?
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within the United States usually takes 8–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or other factors.
  5. How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the link in the email to check delivery status.
  6. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
  7. How do I start a return?
    Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address via email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items, for which we cover return shipping.
  8. Do you offer exchanges?
    We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, request a return and place a new order.
  9. What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept PayPal and major credit cards via PayPal as secure payment methods.
  10. My order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
    Check your mailbox, porch, building lobby, neighbors, or building manager. If still missing, contact us and we will assist you.
  11. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible for modifications or cancellations. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
  12. Are your product photos accurate?
    We strive to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
