Accepted Payment Methods
Fencywear currently accepts PayPal as the primary payment method for orders shipped within the United States. Customers may complete checkout using their PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a payment card stored in their PayPal wallet.
At this time, we do not accept alternative payment methods such as direct credit or debit card entry at checkout, bank transfers, checks, cash on delivery (COD), or money orders.
All prices on this website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
How Charges Are Processed
- Authorization and capture: Payments are authorized and captured by PayPal at the time the order is placed.
- Order confirmation: After a successful PayPal payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from Fencywear for your records.
- Billing descriptor: The charge will appear on your PayPal account with a descriptor provided by PayPal, which may include our store name or registered merchant name.
Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
- Transparent pricing: Product prices are shown before checkout. Any applicable shipping fees or discounts are displayed clearly prior to payment.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed during checkout or by PayPal, depending on the transaction and customer location.
- Currency conversion: If your PayPal account uses a currency other than USD, PayPal may apply a conversion rate or fee in accordance with its policies.
- No hidden charges: We do not add undisclosed surcharges. The amount you approve at checkout through PayPal is the amount charged by us.
Payment Security
Checkout on our website is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Because payments are processed exclusively through PayPal, Fencywear does not collect or store customers’ card numbers on its servers.
All payment information is handled directly by PayPal in accordance with its security standards and privacy policies.
Fencywear does not have access to your full payment details, as all transactions are securely processed by PayPal.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
To help protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, we may conduct order verification prior to fulfillment, such as confirming shipping details or order intent.
Orders flagged by PayPal or our internal screening for unusual activity may be delayed or canceled. If an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original PayPal payment method and confirmed by email.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
- Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method only.
- Once a refund is processed, PayPal will send a transaction notification. Refund timing typically ranges from 1–5 business days, subject to PayPal processing.

- If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at support@fencywear.com. You may also be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection, which is administered solely by PayPal under its own terms.
Orders and Service Area
Fencywear currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within the United States. Orders placed from other regions may be canceled and refunded if fulfillment is not available.
